What to expect from start to finish?

1. Booking

  • Request: Ready to book now? you can check availability online here Service Request or call us at 426-7500 if you don't see an availability you're looking for.

  • Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed by text notifications and email confirmations with instructions on how to prepare for your cleaning.

  • Service Agreement: Includes our terms & conditions as it protects you and us and ensures your service request is mutual.

2. Day of Service

  • Reminders: You may receive 48 hours appointment reminder with instructions to follow on how to prepare for your cleaning.

  • Text Notification: You will receive a text once we are en-route or call if we will be early or behind schedule.

  • On-site Inspection: Upon arrival, we will inspect and measure the service areas and address any questions or concerns that you may have and provide you an accurate estimate for the services.

  • Payment: Easy payment options, we accept cash, local bank checks and visa/master cards only.

3. Follow Up

  • We will provide follow-up information for your services so you know how to provide the best care until your next appointment.
